Author Guidelines
Everything you need to prepare, format, and submit a paper for NGVCAI 2026 — from template and length limits through peer review to camera-ready publication with Wiley.
Paper Submission
- Papers must be submitted in English only.
- All submissions should follow the Wiley conference template (to be announced) (MS Word/LaTeX template).
- Paper length: 6–8 pages including figures, tables, and references.
Formatting Requirements
- Use Times New Roman, 10 pt, single column format.
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
- Figures and tables must be clear, numbered, and captioned.
Plagiarism & Ethics
- Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
- Similarity index should be below 15%.
- Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in rejection.
Review & Acceptance
- All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
- Acceptance is based on quality, originality, and relevance.
- Accepted papers must be revised as per reviewer comments before camera-ready submission.
Camera-ready & Copyright
- Final paper must be submitted in the Wiley conference template (to be announced).
- Authors must submit a signed copyright form (to be announced).
- Any incomplete submission may not be included in the proceedings.
Registration Policy
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
- Registered author must present the paper at the conference.
- Papers without presentation will not be included in the proceedings.
