Author Guidelines

Everything you need to prepare, format, and submit a paper for NGVCAI 2026 — from template and length limits through peer review to camera-ready publication with Wiley.

Paper Submission

  • Papers must be submitted in English only.
  • All submissions should follow the Wiley conference template (to be announced) (MS Word/LaTeX template).
  • Paper length: 6–8 pages including figures, tables, and references.

Formatting Requirements

  • Use Times New Roman, 10 pt, single column format.
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Figures and tables must be clear, numbered, and captioned.

Plagiarism & Ethics

  • Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
  • Similarity index should be below 15%.
  • Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in rejection.

Review & Acceptance

  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Acceptance is based on quality, originality, and relevance.
  • Accepted papers must be revised as per reviewer comments before camera-ready submission.

Camera-ready & Copyright

  • Final paper must be submitted in the Wiley conference template (to be announced).
  • Authors must submit a signed copyright form (to be announced).
  • Any incomplete submission may not be included in the proceedings.

Registration Policy

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
  • Registered author must present the paper at the conference.
  • Papers without presentation will not be included in the proceedings.

cmt Acknowledgement

The peer-review platform for NGVCAI 2026 will be announced along with the call for papers. Where the Microsoft CMT service is used, it is provided free of charge by Microsoft, who bear all expenses including Azure cloud services, software development, and support.
