For authors

Author Guidelines

Paper Submission

  • Papers must be submitted in English only.
  • All submissions should follow the Wiley conference template (to be announced) (MS Word/LaTeX template).
  • Paper length: 6–8 pages including figures, tables, and references.

Formatting Requirements

  • Use Times New Roman, 10 pt, single column format.
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides.
  • Figures and tables must be clear, numbered, and captioned.

Plagiarism & Ethics

  • Papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
  • Similarity index should be below 15%.
  • Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, will result in rejection.

Review & Acceptance

  • All papers will undergo a double-blind peer review.
  • Acceptance is based on quality, originality, and relevance.
  • Accepted papers must be revised as per reviewer comments before camera-ready submission.

Camera-ready & Copyright

  • Final paper must be submitted in the Wiley conference template (to be announced).
  • Authors must submit a signed copyright form (to be announced).
  • Any incomplete submission may not be included in the proceedings.

Registration Policy

  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register.
  • Registered author must present the paper at the conference.
  • Papers without presentation will not be included in the proceedings.
